About Nelle

I am a seasoned marketing and communications consultant and manager, with a decade of experience, specialising in the arts, culture, music and non-profit sectors. I excel in crafting audience-first marketing strategies and bold visual identities that elevate brands and drive growth. My expertise includes creating 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, email, print, and press media channels. My diverse portfolio spans visual arts exhibitions, museums, music venues, arts festivals, fashion campaigns, non-profits, and theatre, showcasing my ability to lead both large-scale initiatives and focused projects for organisations of all sizes. Most recently, I served as Head of Communications and Audience for a major London festival, further cementing my expertise in driving successful marketing strategies and audience engagement for large-scale cultural events.

What sets me apart is my strategic yet creative approach. I help organisations adopt an audience-first mindset, identifying value, growth opportunities, and innovative solutions that drive meaningful results. With a keen eye for design and a passion for impactful storytelling, I ensure every campaign is not only visually compelling but also purpose-driven, aligning with each brand’s core values and unique voice.

I have taught marketing and communications as a university lecturer and delivered masterclasses and away-day brand workshops, empowering teams and organisations to maximise their potential and connect with their audience, even with limited resources. Whether leading a team or working independently, I bring strategic insight and creative innovation to every project, keeping the bigger picture in focus and delivering campaigns that leave a lasting impact.

My recent work draws on international perspectives, and I have worked with communities across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, seamlessly integrating cultural perspectives into communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. I also collaborate with organisations on audience development strategies to engage and represent underrepresented groups in the arts sector.

I hold a Master’s degree in Branding and Communications in Design for Art Direction from the University of Arts London (UAL), which has further enriched my ability to merge creative direction with strategic thinking. Passionate about driving innovative marketing solutions, I remain focused on helping organisations make a lasting impact in the global creative landscape.

My clients have been featured in Vogue, GQ, BBC Proms, Google, The Guardian, and more. I have also partnered on campaigns and projects with renowned organisations like Southbank Centre, Spotify, Sadlers Wells, YouTube, Live Nation, Royal Court Theatre, Roundhouse, Barbican and more.
